With the completion of D3 office building, gross area of 15,500 m², the Centar 2000 is now a finished business complex.
The building is shaped in a form of the letter “E” and is vertically divided into two units which were built in two different phases (F1 and F2). It consists of the ground floor plus 8 overground floors.
The building is constructed and equipped in accordance with the highest construction standards and holds a class A+ energy certificate.
In addition to maximum functionality, special attention was also given to the comfort aspect, therefore each floor has several differently positioned loggias, large glass surfaces with lots of natural light and operational windows.
